At close, the participant list and a random seed are sealed and published; on the announcement date the seed is revealed. Anyone can recompute and verify the same result, and the organisers cannot view or alter it in advance.

At the XRP SEOUL 2026 venue on 3 October. Present the QR code on the raffle NFT card in your wallet to on-site staff; after verification, the assigned prize is handed over. A verified QR code cannot be reused, and shipping is not available: on-site collection only.
The QR code is for identity verification; please do not share it or expose it publicly. Losses caused by sharing or exposure, such as collection by another person, will not be compensated.
