At close we seal and publish the participant list and a random seed; on the announcement date the seed is revealed. Anyone can recompute and verify the result, and the organisers cannot preview or change it. The draw runs per ticket, so multiple tickets each receive a prize.
Sign in with Google or email and your notification email is filled in automatically; with an external wallet (Xaman, D'CENT, Girin) you enter it. Choose how many tickets (up to 5) and agree to the terms, and your personal payment details (address + Destination Tag) are created.
Pay tickets × 5 XRP and that many entries are registered. With the site wallet it is one tap and one signature; from your own XRPL wallet (Xaman etc.) pay to the address and Destination Tag issued on this screen.
Once the payment is confirmed on the XRPL ledger, a raffle number is fixed for each ticket. One raffle NFT (number + QR) per ticket is issued to your wallet, and results are published here and on official channels after close.
The draw is a blind commit-reveal. After close we seal a secret seed and publish its hash first; at announcement we reveal the seed, rank every ticket by HMAC-SHA256(seed, ticket id) ascending and assign prizes in that order. Every ticket wins one prize; only which prize is drawn.
Tickets × 5 XRP plus the network fee (about 0.00001 XRP). If you created a new site wallet, deposit about 6.3 XRP or more to cover the account and NFT reserves (0.2 XRP per NFT). Direct exchange withdrawals are not accepted.
An XRPL NFT (XLS-20) that proves your entry and is used to collect physical prizes at the venue. One is issued per confirmed ticket, and the draw covers every confirmed ticket. Invitations are emailed to winners.

Invitations are sent as an admission link to the email you entered (the raffle NFT QR does not grant admission). The Weather Data Token Generator™, umbrellas and eco bags are handed out at the wellbian Platinum booth at XRP SEOUL 2026 on 3 October after staff verify the QR code on your raffle NFT card. A verified QR code cannot be reused, and physical prizes are not shipped.
The QR code is not an admission pass; it identifies you when collecting a physical prize on site. Please do not share or expose it. Losses such as someone else collecting first are not compensated.
Entries cannot be refunded once confirmed. Please check the amount and terms before paying.
