Token transparency

Everything an outside reviewer checks about WLBN, read straight from the ledger. These are live XRP Ledger values, not our description; when a setting changes, this page changes with it.

Issuer account settings rDJz8W…SkR5 ↗

  • Domain verification…

The issuer account points to wellbian.io and the site's xrp-ledger.toml declares the issuer.

  • Transfer fee…

What the issuer takes when holders send WLBN to each other. It is 0%.

  • Clawback…

Lets an issuer pull tokens back from a holder's wallet. Off, and cannot be enabled.

  • Trust line locking…

Required for locking WLBN in token escrows (XLS-85). Not the same as freezing.

  • NFT minter…

License and pass NFTs are minted by the operations wallet on the issuer's behalf, so NFT minting continues even after the issuer keys are gone.

  • NoFreeze…

When on, the issuer can never freeze any holder's WLBN. Irreversible once set.

  • Supply fixed (blackholed)…

Permanently giving up the issuer's signing keys makes it impossible to ever mint beyond 10 billion. Irreversible.

Liquidity pool and LP token custody

Reading the ledger…

Most of the pool's liquidity was supplied by Wellbian, and whoever holds LP tokens can withdraw that share at any time. This is a fact and we do not hide it. The first pool created on 2026-08-14 (about $36, a functional test) was withdrawn on 08-26, and the production pool was opened on 10-02. The withdrawal is permanently on the ledger.

Supply and locks

Total supply-
Circulating (excl. company wallets)-
Everything outside escrow-

Outside trackers usually treat everything outside escrow as circulating. We exclude company-controlled wallets (treasury, operations, staking, team, ecosystem, strategic). Both numbers are shown.

  • Time-locked escrow… WLBN · …

No one can release before the set date. Last release -

  • Condition-locked escrow… WLBN · …

Locked against network milestones (device count, validation criteria). Wellbian holds the fulfillment keys, so from the ledger alone it looks like 'Wellbian can release whenever it wants'. We do not hide that. If a milestone is not reached, the tranche is reclaimed after expiry and burned, and every release will be recorded here with the whitepaper criteria. Expiry -

Where the 2026-10-02 relaunch trades came from

The relaunch price of 0.05 RLUSD was set by the ratio Wellbian deposited, and the move above it came from buys that day. Below are the wallets that bought 100 RLUSD or more that day, and the address that first funded each wallet with XRP. All of it can be verified on the XRPL. The only company trade was a 1.02 RLUSD round trip from the operations account (a checkout function test); no buying wallet received funds from a company wallet.
