Raffle ticket NFTs can now be tidied up from My Page
After the XRP SEOUL 2026 raffle ended, many of you asked whether the ticket NFTs could be removed or hidden. From today you can tidy them up yourself in My Page.
- Where: sign in at wellbian.io → My Page → NFT tab → Other › Raffle tickets
- Hide: removes it from the page only, and can be undone any time.
- Delete (burn): permanently removes it from the ledger with your wallet's signature. This cannot be undone.
- Your entry number and prize record stay on our servers, so prize collection is unaffected.
1. Hide
Press 'Hide' on a card and it disappears from My Page. It stays on the ledger and in your wallet apps (Xaman, D'CENT), and you can bring it back any time from 'Show hidden tickets' below. Use this when you just want a tidier page.
2. Delete (burn)
Press 'Delete (burn)' on a card, read the notice, and sign with your wallet: the ticket NFT is permanently removed from the XRP Ledger. It disappears from your wallet apps too, and the wallet reserve it occupied is released.
This cannot be undone, so please decide carefully. The ticket NFTs were issued as 'burnable by the owner only', so Wellbian cannot delete them for you. Deletion happens only with your wallet's signature, and nothing moves except the network fee.
Please note
Your entry number and prize record stay on Wellbian's servers, so deleting the NFT does not affect prize collection. The QR card image, however, can no longer be used.
Device license, tier and AI access pass NFTs are tied to rewards and benefits, so they cannot be hidden or deleted. If you have already accepted all your tickets, the group appears collapsed and opens with 'Show'.
With D'CENT, open the site in the D'CENT app's browser to be able to sign. Wellbian never asks for your recovery phrase, seed or password.
