[Update 4] Restoration measures are complete - claims, payments and transfers to external wallets are back to normal
The restoration measures for the 24 October incident are complete. Members who created a new wallet have been sent their lost assets in kind, and device, tier and AI access pass NFTs have been reissued. Reward claims, payments and sending from your wallet to another wallet all work as they did before the incident.

- Restoration measures are complete. Members who created a new wallet have been sent WLBN as WLBN, XRP as XRP and RLUSD as RLUSD in the same amounts, and NFTs have been reissued. Please check what you received in My Page.
- Reward claims, payments and sending to external wallets (Xaman, D'CENT, etc.) all work normally. You can use the assets you received right away.
- The 2 XRP that activates your new wallet was covered by Wellbian as a token of apology. Wellbian never asks for your recovery phrase, seed or password.
Restoration measures are complete
Members who created a new wallet have been sent their lost assets in kind, as promised: WLBN as WLBN, XRP as XRP and RLUSD as RLUSD, in the same amounts as just before the incident, into the new wallet.
Device license, tier and AI access pass NFTs have been reissued to the new wallet. Press 'Receive' once in the NFT tab of My Page and they land in your wallet.
Losses of members who supplied assets to the liquidity pool were handled on the same basis.
Please check what you received in the Wallet and NFT tabs of My Page. If anything differs from your pre-incident amounts or is missing, email admin@wellbianlabs.io and we will check right away.
If you have not created a new wallet yet, sign in and create one and the restoration is sent automatically. WLBN and RLUSD require a trust line in the wallet, so press 'Prepare to receive WLBN' in My Page.
Everything is back to normal
Reward claims: rewards accrued during the incident can be claimed unchanged.
Payments: all purchases, including devices and AI access passes, work normally.
Sending: you can send WLBN, XRP and RLUSD from your wallet to external wallets such as Xaman or D'CENT, or to any other address. Restored assets can be moved right away.
Sign-in: email, Google, Xaman and D'CENT all work normally.
Only the liquidity pool is still closed. We will announce its reopening separately.
Wellbian covered your new wallet's activation (2 XRP)
On the XRP Ledger a new wallet must hold a small amount of XRP before it can be used. Wellbian sent 2 XRP to every member who created a new wallet after this incident, and that amount stays in your wallet as your own asset.
You do not need to buy XRP or apply for anything.
Please keep in mind
Write your 12-word recovery phrase on paper. If it is lost, Wellbian cannot recover it.
Wellbian never asks for your recovery phrase, seed or password, and never asks you to send funds, sign a transaction or connect your wallet on another site for a reward or restoration. Any such message is an impersonation.
